By accessing or using Smart Vocabulary, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Payments and Refunds

Lifetime access is a one‑time payment. Refunds are handled on a case‑by‑case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for any issues.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any illegal purposes. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
